JAK was developed in Perth, Western Australia, after our founders recognised that both customers and tradies were experiencing significant challenges in organising reactive repairs/maintenance and their needs were not being met.
Customers were wasting time waiting around all day for their tradie to arrive, getting overcharged and worrying about the quality of the work completed.
Tradies were spending countless hours chasing up invoices, not getting paid and struggling with marketing.
We set out to build a platform that addressed these needs and is both fair for our tradies and fair for our customers.
